Each session is designed to prioritise your unique needs. Using kinesiology as a basis for all sessions, I also work with techniques such as hypnosis and NLP to co-design a personalised plan for reaching your goals. Working with your body's innate wisdom we identify imbalances and create a path towards restoration and well-being.

Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

  1. Discussion: We'll talk about the challenges you're facing and what you'd like to achieve.

  2. Goal Setting: We'll work together to set a clear goal for your desired outcome.

  3. Muscle Testing: We'll use gentle muscle testing to guide your personalised treatment plan.

In-person sessions are held at Ease Wellness in Sydney's Inner West and online sessions are also available.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic practice that uses muscle testing to assess your body's physical, emotional, and biochemical health. By gently testing muscle response, kinesiology practitioners can identify areas of weakness or imbalance in your energy systems. This approach is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which views health as a balance of energy flow throughout the body.
