Cancellation and Rescheduling

When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.

If you need to change your appointment time or cancel your appointment, please contact us by email (hello@jacquilow.com) as early as possible.

Please note, if appointments are rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment time the full consultation fee is payable.
