Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. If you need to change your appointment time or cancel you appointment please contact us by email (hello@jacquilow.com) or by phone (0419 471 983). Please note, if appointments are rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment time the full consultation fee is payable. Thank you
